Welcome back to our series on childhood obesity which has been led by our volunteers Chris, Joercia, Marecia, Eurecia and Vikell. Today’s episode is the final episode in the series and Vikell and Marecia discuss the solutions to childhood obesity. They cover:

  • Nutrition
  • Exercise
  • The importance of drinking more water
  • Focusing on holistic health and our overall wellbeing
  • The need for young people to get enough rest
