• Purchase organic menstrual pads from Women’s Haven
• Buy Blissfully Balanced Tea’s hormone support teas
• A 1-hour yoga class led by YogaBae Jay (only EC $25, 2pm to 3pm)

Also, you can support our friends from the St. Kitts-Nevis Association of Persons with Disabilities. They’ll be selling delicious hot sauces and handmade jewellery
