Just Eat Me Fresh Launch
Lake Health and Wellbeing and the ICDF are delighted to be launching a new animation ‘Just Eat Me Fresh.’ The launch will take place on Tuesday 31st January from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at the CUNA Conference Centre in St. Kitts.
This animation has been developed as part of our efforts to tackle childhood obesity in St Kitts and Nevis. It aims to promote a culture of healthy snacking by encouraging children and their parents to opt for fresh fruits and vegetables as snacks rather than ultra-processed, unhealthy snacks that are high in sugar, salt and saturated fat. The animation can be used in the school environment, at home and in the community to educate children on the importance of adopting healthy behaviours.
If you are unable to attend in person, you can watch this event live on YouTube above.
