Sheila is the co-producer and director of the documentary Right Between Your Ears, which won Best Feature Documentary at the 2017 Lift-Off Global Network Season Awards.

We speak to Sheila about Right Between Your Ears which explores how people believe, how we turn beliefs into certainties and mistake them for the truth. In our discussion we look at what public health lessons can be learnt from this important look at human behaviour. Sheila provides some really useful insight from her documentary on how we can begin to change people’s beliefs about their diet and lifestyle so they live healthier lives.
