We’re so delighted to announce that we’ll be hosting our first Virtual Fitness Party!

Grab your water and join us for a fun-filled workout from the comfort of your own home with instructors from across the Caribbean.

The event will start with some Latino flavour from Danielle Walwyn of Workouts with Dani, based in Barbados. Danielle will lead you through a dance-fitness Zumba routine that brings together a mixture of Latin American dance. This will be followed by Marcia Jeffers, the Director of Synergy Movements in St Kitts, who will take us on a cultural journey of Afro-Caribbean dance and then just when your body is saying ‘I’m tired!’, Charlotte Drew,  a yoga trainer from Antigua, will slow things down and get you nice and relaxed with a yoga and relaxation session.

This is an event not to be missed. Let’s have some fun and all for a good cause. All the proceeds from this event will be going towards our projects  to support multiple myeloma patients and women living with fibroids
